MicoVest, LLC was founded in 2016 as the only private and fully commercial micro-finance investment fund in the Southwestern United States. ​Since its inception, MicroVest has been managed as a pure fixed-income fund, investing in microloans in Mexico and emerging frontier markets, allowing its investors to obtain stable and attractive financial returns while fostering financial inclusion.​​Microlending through MicroVest is not intended to replace philanthropy or other forms of social investment, but rather provide a means by which the goals of both can be achieved at a reasonable rate of return.
